Chemlease IM 9100 Internal Release – add to resin

Chemlease® IM 9100 is primarily used for non-gel-coated polyester and epoxy resins.

• Chemlease® IM 9100 is an internal release system and lubricant that, when added to the resin, reduces the dependency on the external release agent.
• Chemlease® IM 9100 was specifically developed for non-gel-coated parts and the production of unsaturated polyester and epoxy resins by hot and cold processing, vacuum injection, and injection molding.
• Chemlease® IM 9100 also imparts better flow properties to the resin. Molded parts are generally able to be painted and bonded without the post cleaning operations usually required when using conventional external release agents.
