IC-60 – internal release

Chemlease® Internal Release System IC60 is primarily used for non-gel-coated polyester resins.

• Chemlease® IC60 is an internal release system and lubricant that, when added to polyester resin, eliminates the need for an external release agent. To Resin: Add 0.25-1.25%* by weight
•  Chemlease® IC60 was specifically developed for non gel-coated parts and the production of U.P. resins by hot and cold processing, vacuum injection, injection molding, and pultrusion.
• Chemlease® IC60 also imparts better flow properties to the polyester resin. Molded parts are generally able to be painted and bonded without the post cleaning operations usually required when using conventional external release agents.
