Granudan Internal Release INT.920 (Water-based)
Granudan Internal Release INT.920 is an internal release agent that is mixed directly into polyester.
By mixing INT.920 directly into polyester, you achieve a large saving in the use of external release agent.
By using our INT.920 it will result in a shiny and clean appearance.
This product is easy to use and contains no (PFAS) fluorine-containing substances and is therefore not harmful to the environment or in the production.

Description
Granudan Internal Release INT.920
Granudan Internal Release INT.920 is an internal release agent that is mixed directly into polyester.
Application notes:
- INT 920 is mixed between 0.3 – 0.8% vol. of the total polyester volume.
- A solid stirring of INT 920 into the polyester will increase the certainty of a good demolding effect.
- When using a Polyester Concrete machine, a hardener pump is probably also used for mixing the material. INT 920 must be mixed into the polyester before the polyester flows into the mixing chamber.
- The function of INT 920 is optimal if the mold has a constant temperature of approx. 45°C.
