Granudan Internal Release INT.115 (Water-based)
Our Internal Release INT.115 is used as an internal lubricant and release agent in the processing of polyester, epoxy and phenolic resins, especially for pultrusion.
By using Granudan Internal Release INT.115, there is virtually no need to prepare the mold with an external release agent.
During the polymerization of the thermoset, it migrates to the mold surface and forms a thin release film.
This product is easy to use and contains no (PFAS) fluorine-containing substances and is therefore not harmful to the environment or in the production.

Granudan Internal Release INT.115
Granudan Internal Release 115 is an internal release agent for processing of epoxy- and phenolic-resins.
Application notes:
Add Granudan Internal Release 115 to the resin in a ratio of 0.5 to 3.0 %, with reference to the portion of the resin without curing agent.
Afterwards emulsify the mixture by stirring. A well stirred mixture increases the possibility of a smooth and clean demoulding by far.
Subsequently, prepare the complete resin-mixture (resin, curing agent, colour, etc.) and apply it on the mould-surface.
