Granudan Waterclean (Water-based) The product is very effective and removes everything! Both sealer, release agents, etc. An obvious means of preparing surfaces for painting, or other processes that require a completely clean surface. At the same time, Waterclean has been developed to provide an effective water-based alternative to solvent-based cleaners such as "Granudan Mold Cleaner". The product should be used with water and may not dry out on surfaces. We recommend using water for removal. Granudan Multi-Shield (Solvent based) Our Multi-Shield has a very high slip, and a high number of releases. The product is comparable to Watershield. No buildup. Suitable for polyurethane. Zyvax Flex-Z 4.0 (Solvent based) MEDIUM/HIGH SLIP – If you do not know where to start, start here Flex-Z 1.0-6.0 is a release agent system for polyester productions, offering four different levels of release power. This allows you to flexibly adjust the release level – the top layer simply determines the release level. We recommend applying two layers of "Granudan Sealer GP" when starting with Flex-Z. Granudan Mold Cleaner (Solution Based) The product is an extremely effective solvent based cleaning agent for removing, among other things, wax and oils. Honey Plus Wax® reduces man hours due to its exceptional ease of application and buffing. It is an excellent mold release agent providing reproducibility, glossiness, and a non-staining, hard releasing film which are important to the fabricator. Honey Plus Wax® Mold Release is available in:

Universal silicone-based release agent in an aerosol spray can – perfect for small jobs or hard-to-reach corners and edges. Granudan Sealproof (Water-based) Granudan Sealproof is a sealer for high porosities, wood, plugs, steel carbon graphite, aluminum, and all types of composites. Granudan Release 707 (water based) Our Release 707 (a BreeZ product) is a semi-permanent, water-based release agent for Fiberglass/Plastic molding. The product forms a "dry" film on the surface of the mold, and is particularly suitable for the use of gelcoats and problems with pre-release. Tacky tape can easily be attached directly to the release agent, and dry fiber mats can easily stay in the chosen location. In addition, no transfer, has high temperature stability, is fast hardening and has good abrasion resistance. Together with our water-based "Cleaner GR-08", Sealer BN201" or "Sealer 800W", Granudan's well-known water-based release system dedicated to fiberglass production. Granudan Cleaner GR-08 (Water-based) Cleaner GR-08 is effective, environmentally friendly and an alternative to solvent based products. This water-based cleaner is an effective degreaser and removes surface contamination such as oil, wax, soap, and dust from sanding. It will not remove solvent based sealer or release agents. JOST Chemicals Spacewax 300 is a pasty release agent in the field of thermoset processing. Spacewax 300 can be applied on metal- and thermoset-moulds. In addition, on porous surfaces Spacewax 300 acts as a sealer. We recommend it mainly used in processing techniques like: hand-lay up, vacuum- injection and fibre-spraying. Molds with porous surfaces can be sealed easily. 0,450 kg

Granudan Sealer 400W (Water-based) This new chemistry outperforms all previous water-based sealers and even have some of the great characteristics also found in our primers. The water-based Sealer 400W is particularly resistant to newer aggressive infusion resins (vinyl esters, epoxies etc.) and effectively covers micro-porosity with the formation of a tough durable film with superior abrasion resistance on mold surface. When applied with appropriate semi-permanent release agent, this product provides multiple, effortless releases. Granudan Sealer 400W can be applied on all types of surfaces (composites, metal, PU, glass, plywood etc.) Combined with our water-based slipcoats “Aqua Slipcoat 506“, “Release 707”, ”Release 3050W” or “Watershield“, you´ll get Granudan’s well-known water-based release system dedicated to fiberglass production. Chemlease IM 9100 Internal Release - add to resin Newest chemistry from ChemTrend setting new standards for our internal release program. Chemlease® IM 9100 is primarily used for non-gel-coated polyester and epoxy resins. • Chemlease® IM 9100 is an internal release system and lubricant that, when added to the resin, reduces the dependency on the external release agent. • Chemlease® IM 9100 was specifically developed for non-gel-coated parts and the production of unsaturated polyester and epoxy resins by hot and cold processing, vacuum injection, and injection molding. • Chemlease® IM 9100 also imparts better flow properties to the resin. The product delivers a tough durable film with superior abrasion resistance. When applied with appropriate semi-permanent release agent, this product provides multiple, effortless releases. Granudan Sealer 2767W can be applied on all types of surfaces (composites, metal, PU, glass, plywood etc.) We recommend "Granudan Sealer BN201" as a water-based alternative for this product. Granudan Eco-friendly Epoxy & Poly cleaner Eco Epoxy Cleaner is delivered ready for use as a formulated cleaner in a 25 liters can. ECO Epoxy Cleaner is different from the use of Acetone and Methylene Chloride as it does not evaporate. It gives an effective advantage if you grease the tools with ECO EPOXY CLEANER and leave it on for a short time before wiping it off. When it comes to cleaning of the machineries, the procedure is more or less the same as with the use of Acetone. You can, however, leave the Epoxy Cleaner in the machine and tubes for a longer period of time compared to Acetone, and you can choose to let the machine pump back the liquid into the feeding tank or a spare bucket for re-circulation/re-use of up to 5-7 times. Granudan Watershield (Water-based) The product has a high release power and is perfect for productions with epoxy and no gel coats. Watershield is to be used on molds where the molded parts are more difficult to demold. Honey Wax Liquid is a mold release agent specifically formulated for use in the manufacture of reinforced fiberglass products using polyester resins.

Chemlease® Internal Release System IC60 is primarily used for non-gel-coated polyester resins.

Granudan Sealer GP (Solvent based) Granudan Sealer GP overcomes micro-porosity and restores a uniform surface when used on new or cleaned molds prior to the use of any solvent based or water based release agents. Particularly globally recognized and effective sealer for protecting molds and tools. Forms a mechanical protection of the mold surface against styrene attack and eliminates binding to the mold by surface porosity. Granudan Sealer GP works also as a primer for our Zyvax Flex-Z products and thus significantly extends the strength and life of the mold. This product is easy to use and contains no (PFAS) fluorine-containing substances. Follow PPE instructions from Safety Data Sheets according to local environment. Curing time: 15 min. between coats, 30 min. after final coat in ambient temp. at min. 20°C. The number of layers depends on the surface quality of the mold. Granudan Composite-Shield (Solvent based) Our Composite-Shield (a BreeZ product) provides a moderate release effect. Used for larger boat molds and for molds where you do not want too good release. Granudan Internal Release INT.115 (Water-based) Our Internal Release INT.115 is used as an internal lubricant and release agent in the processing of polyester, epoxy and phenolic resins, especially for pultrusion. By using Granudan Internal Release INT.115, there is virtually no need to prepare the mold with an external release agent. During the polymerization of the thermoset, it migrates to the mold surface and forms a thin release film. BreeZ Primer MPP C2698W (Water-based) Our primer is the perfect solution for plug/master surfaces or if you wish to give a new life to a worn out mold surface. After a short processing time, the primer forms an extremely strong and protective film on surfaces. Often the primer changes the surface tension and increases the gloss level. The product has no release power and an appropriate sealer or release agent should be applied on top of the product after it has cured. Primers reduce surface roughness and produce a uniform surface profile and chemical barrier on production quality plugs, masters, prototypes and composite molds and tooling. Mold primers also provide gloss, vacuum integrity and a preferred adhesive surface for semi-permanent sealers and release agents. Granudan Sealer BN201 (Water-based) Sealer BN201 is a water-based sealer and an alternative to Granudan Sealer GP. Sealer BN201 is specified and thoroughly tested for productions within a.o. the Wind Turbine Blade Industry. However, many other industries are using this product with great success. The product closes all porosities and minor scratches on mold surface and provides a strong semi-glossy protective film on surfaces and can be used on both epoxy, polyester and metal. Sealer BN201 forms together with water-based "Aqua Slipcoat 506", "Release 707" and "Watershield", Granudan’s water-based release agent system dedicated to FRP production environments. Short curing time between layers and a short post-curing at elevating mold temperatures at e.g. 70+ degrees.
